Welcome to Atyro Cloud. By creating an account or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse offers or evade bans.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Services & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Services are activated after manual payment verification, typically within 24 hours.
- Uploading fake or edited payment proofs will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
- Recurring services must be renewed before the end of the billing cycle to avoid suspension.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Illegal activity of any kind, including piracy and phishing.
- Sending spam, hosting malware, or launching attacks (DDoS, port scanning, etc.).
- Crypto mining without prior written permission.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
4. Service Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or third-party outages — keep your own backups.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Community Conduct
- Be respectful in community chat and reviews — no harassment, hate speech, or spam.
- Reviews must reflect genuine experiences; fake reviews will be removed.
- Staff decisions in moderation matters are final.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. No refunds are issued for terminations due to abuse.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
